Accessible Friendly Business

Langford Lake is a popular spot for outdoor fun, and thankfully, it’s working on making it more accessible for everyone. You’ll find paved pathways around parts of the lake, making it easier for wheelchairs and strollers to navigate. Plus, there are accessible parking spots and washroom facilities in some areas. While not the entire lake is fully accessible, efforts are being made to improve access, so everyone can enjoy the beautiful lakeside scenery and activities. It’s always a good idea to check local resources for the most up-to-date accessibility information before heading out. The Ed Nixon Trail follows the southwestern curve of Langford Lake, connecting the Leigh Road Trail from Goldstream Avenue and to Happy Valley across the Cy Jenkins Trail.
